Delivery
Where we deliver, what it costs — nothing — how long it takes, and what happens between the moment you order and the moment a driver knocks.

01Where we deliver
We deliver to Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal and Spain. Orders are taken on the country page of each item, written in the language of that country and priced in its currency; the English shop front shows the range and the euro price.
A country that is not on that list is not served, and a page in this shop never promises otherwise. When a new country page opens, the list grows with it.
02What it costs
Nothing. There is no delivery charge on any order, to any country we deliver to, and no minimum spend to reach before it disappears. No delivery line is added on the order form, and none is added at the door.
The price on the item's page is the whole of what the driver collects. Outside the euro area the driver collects the equivalent in local currency, and the country page shows that figure directly — see payment methods.
03First, a phone call
Nothing is packed before we have spoken to you. After you order, we call the number you gave, usually within one working day, and read back the item, the delivery address and the exact sum the driver will collect. You can correct any of it on the call.
If nobody answers we try again; if we cannot reach you at all, the order is not sent. A wrong digit in a phone number is the commonest reason an order stalls, so it is worth checking it twice.
04How long it takes
Once the order is confirmed on the phone, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to hand the parcel to the courier or postal operator that covers your country, and the parcel a further 3 to 7 working days on the road, depending on the country.
These are the times the routes normally run, not guaranteed dates. Customs, weather and a driver who could not find the building all happen. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after the confirmation call, treat it as late and tell us: we open a trace, and if the parcel cannot be found you choose between a replacement and a refund — having paid nothing, you are out of pocket by nothing.
05Who brings it
The courier or postal operator in your country. It is chosen per country, and we tell you which one on the confirmation call, or whenever you ask. The driver receives your name, the delivery address, your phone number and the amount to collect — nothing more.
The driver takes the payment in cash when the parcel is handed over. Look at the box before you pay; a parcel that is obviously damaged can be refused, and a refused parcel costs you nothing.
06Following the parcel
The tracking details come from us: on the call that confirms your order, or whenever you ask by email. There is no tracking box on this site and no login, because there are no accounts; track your order explains what to put in the message so we can answer on the first reply.
Some routes have no consumer-facing tracking at all. On those you are told the dispatch date instead.
07Customs and import charges
Every country we deliver to is in the European Union, so no customs declaration and no import charge arises on arrival for the orders this shop takes.
08Changing the address, or calling it off
Before the parcel is handed over, both are easy: say so on the confirmation call, or write to contact@savesnest.com the same day. After the hand-over the address is in the operator's hands; you can still refuse the parcel at the door and pay nothing, and once it has been delivered the right of withdrawal gives you 14 days.
09If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong
Tell us within 48 hours if you can, with photos of the item and of the packaging, at contact@savesnest.com. You choose between a replacement and a full refund, and we arrange the collection at our cost. The detail is on returns and refunds.
10Questions about delivery
Ask before you order, not after: contact@savesnest.com, open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time, answered within 2 working days.
