Everything in stock

Four things you are entitled to

  • Fourteen days to send it back

You may return the goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The model form is on the withdrawal page; the return postage is yours unless the item was faulty.

    The right to withdraw
  • Two years of guarantee by law

Under EU consumer rules every item is covered for 24 months against a defect that was there at delivery. We handle it ourselves: repair, replacement or refund.

    Returns and the guarantee
  • A person answers complaints

Email us first; most things are settled in one exchange. If not, an alternative dispute resolution body in your own country can take the case.

    Send a message
  • Your data stays yours

The seller decides how your data is used and answers for it. Questions go to privacy@savesnest.com; you may also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

    How we use data

Two customers, in their words

“Bread keeps for three or four days instead of two, the bamboo lid doubles as a board, and it looks better on the counter than the plastic one it replaced. Exactly what the description said.”
Elena Dimitrova · about Ceramic Bread Bin with Bamboo Lid
“made bread in it, made goulash in it, made rice pudding in it. lid fits tight so nothing dries out. the handles are big enough for oven gloves which is not always the case”

From order to doorstep

Three steps, and none of them involves a card. One: you place the order on the item's page for your country, in your language, with the sum the courier will collect — name, phone number and address, nothing more. Two: we phone you, usually within a working day, and read the item, the address and the amount back to you; anything can be changed on that call, or the whole order called off. Three: the parcel leaves 1–2 working days after the call, travels 3–7 working days depending on the country, and you hand the courier the cash on the doorstep. Nothing is due before then. The full wording is on delivery, explained, how payment works and order status.
